Overview

Sapeum's strategy module helps you formulate and track nimble strategic plans. It can form the core of an "agile company strategy".

There is just one view for the strategy module, which is broken into 2 parts:

1. Objectives: these are your strategic goals, quantitatively measurable as much as possible (eg "close $18M in new contracts in Q1")
2. Initiatives: these are the strategic initiatives or projects that can help your organization achieve those objectives

Experiments

Initiatives may be thought of as sequences of short experiments, each with measurable KPIs. Thus Sapeum initiatives may be broken down into experiments, through the functionality defined above.
